ORIGIN PC Unveils EON17 Notebook w/ Intel Core i7-980X CPU

ORIGIN PC just sent over an e-mail letting us know that they have unveiled the EON17 Gaming Notebook this morning. This monster notebook stands at 17.3" with a full HD LED backlit 16:9 display than boasts a 1920x1080 resolution. It can also run an Intel Core i7 980X six-core desktop processor with up to 24GB of triple channel DDR3 memory and a pair of NVIDIA GeForce GTX 480M video cards in SLI! This notebook will perform better than most desktops on the market today and is clearly aimed at gamers and power users. Pricing for the EON17 starts at $2,499 and tops out at over $13,000 when fully loaded with all the bells and whistles!
