Super Talent Announces USB 3.0 Express RAM Cache Drives

Super Talent Technology today announced they are now shipping their new "USB 3.0 Express RAM Cache drive". Available in 32 & 64GB capacities, this new drive implements a DRAM caching system to boost small block random performance by up to 300%. The RAM Cache measures in at 87.5 x 25.0 x 8.0 mm and is backed by a two year warranty. Model numbers and pricing are listed for the four new drives in the bullet list below.
