NVIDIA and PNY Claim Pre-Orders For GeForce GTX 470/480 Are Fake
Legit Reviews has been getting a number of e-mails fro NVIDIA and various Add-in-Board (AIB) partners that the news stories we posted about SabrePC selling pre-orders for GeForce GTX 480 and GeForce GTX 470 graphics cards are not legitimate. It looks like SabrePC was just trying to get some free marketing and site hits by posting up some false news.
"NVIDIA and our launch partners have not released pricing or pre-order information yet. Any Web sites claiming to be taking pre-orders should not be considered legitimate." - NVIDIA PR
