Corsair Announces BattleField 2 $5000 Tournament

Corsair Memory today announced that it has furthered its commitment to the gaming community by hosting the first Corsair BattleField 2 (BF2) Infantry Cup online tournament. It seems that the top teams will get $5000 in Corsair product. Now that is a ton of memory and a few water cooling kits! Kudus to Corsair for supporting the gaming community.

The 48-hour online tournament will commence on December 29th. Avid BattleField 2 gamers from over 14 countries will play against each other in single elimination. Three selected maps will be played (Strike at Karkand, Mashtuur, Sharqi Peninsula), and the winning team will be unveiled on December 30th. Each team consists of 4 players. The top 3 teams plus the 4 most sporting players will be awarded with Corsair products valued at over $5,000.
