Samsung Reveals Series 7 and Series 5 AIOs With Gesture Recognition, Starting at $749

Back in June, Samsung demoed the upcoming Series 7 all-in-one PC running Windows 8. This PC also has a smaller brother in the shape of the Series 5. Now Samsung have revealed pricing of both of these PCs. The series 7 will be available with 23 and 27 inch screens, running Windows 8 on a 1080p (Full HD) touchscreen with gesture recognition. It includes a redesigned keyboard which fits under the display when not in use. The 23 inch model features a Core i5 CPU with 6GB RAM, 1TB storage, Intel HD 4000 graphics built into the CPU and is priced at $1,099. The 27 inch model features a Core i7 CPU, 8GB RAM, 1TB storage and an AMD HD 7850m discrete graphics card. Price is $1,699.

The Series 5 is being described by Samsung as a "kitchen-style PC" and comes in just one version, featuring a Core i3 CPU, 4GB RAM, 500GB storage and cost $749. All three models have two USB 3.0 ports, three USB 2.0 ports, a HDMI port and a media card reader. Release date is October 26, to coincide with the launch of Windows 8.
