Bundle and BIOS
I have actually always liked the box that Gigabyte puts out. It highlights features, is simple to read, and is not too crowded with its design. They also make it very obvious that their warranty is three years in the USA and Canada. That is a pretty stinkin' good warranty! The board is a part of their Ultra Durable as well, which boasts superior components used to produce the board.
The bundle is super thin on this board. You get two SATA cables, an IDE cable, your owner's guides, the driver and app cd, the backplate, and the all important sticker.

Memory Clock dividers... basically, they are 800, 1066, 1333 and 1600 DDR3 speeds.

Vcore can be adjusted to .6v higher than default.
Vdimm goes up to 2.5v.
DDR VTT goes to 1.2v.
NB voltage all the way to 1.8v
