Today, we'll be using our Intel X58 testbed. We used Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate x64 and the latest revisions of the benchmarking applications tested. The Corsair Dominator GTs were clocked at DDR3-1866 with 7-8-7-20-2T timings as specified in the XMP profile and the competition were clocked at DDR3-1333 with 7-7-7-21-2T timings and DDR3-1600 with 8-8-8-24-2T timings. For stable DDR3-1866 performance vDIMM was set to 1.64v and vQPI was set to 1.55v. For the overclocking results vDIMM was kept at 1.64v but vQPI was pushed to 1.62v.
