Temperature Testing

Thermolab Baram Cooler

With the Intel Q6600 running at stock speeds, the Baram was to the back of the pack with a load temp of 48.5*C. That’s a nice 17.5 degrees cooler than the stock Intel cooler, and only 4.25 degrees warmer than our leader, the Noctua NH-U12P.

With the system overclocked to 3.0 GHz and under full load, the Baram was still in the back of the pack but only 1.5 degrees warmer than the stock temps. The Baram is a whopping 23.5 degrees cooler than stock and only 5.25 degrees warmer than the NH-U12P.
