3DMark Tests
3DMark Vantage and 3DMark 2006 are industry standard PC gaming performance benchmarks from Futuremark. 3Dmark Vantage included DX10 tests and physics tests that push current hardware to its limits. 3Dmark 2006 has been the primary Futuremark benchmark for the last two years and has been included to provide some reference points for older systems.

The GTX 260 Black Edition pulls ahead considerably when the resolution is cranked up which is no surprise given its extra computational power. The 3DMark Vantage 1920x1200 results were most spectacular.
