Sandra XII Memory Bandwidth
Sisoft; Sandra XII:

Sisoft Sandra XII benchmark utility just came out a couple months ago and we have started to include it in out benchmarking. With Sandra XII you can now easily compare the performance of the tested device with its speed and its (published) power (TDP)! Sandra XII also has SSE4 (Intel) and SSE4A (AMD) benchmark code-paths, which is great for those of you testing next-generation AMD & Intel chips.

Results: After finding out that Sandra XII was not properly optimized for AMD's Phenom processors the results have been replaced with that of Sandra XII SP1. For a better explanation as to why please read this article. The AMD Phenom 9900 processor had great memory bandwidth thanks to the integrated memory controller that is located on the processor. With 4GB of memory (4x1GB) the AMD Phenom 9900 was able to break 10GB/Sec of memory bandwidth, which is impressive.
