All testing was done on a fresh install of Windows XP Professional build 2600 with Service Pack 2 and DirectX 9.0c. All benchmarks were completed on the desktop with no other software programs running. ATI CATALYST 7.3 Drivers were used on all of the ATI X1000 series video cards. BETA ATI Catalyst drivers were used for HD 2900XT. Forceware 93.71 drivers were used for NVIDIA 7000 series cards. Forceware 158.22 drivers were used for GeForce 8800 series cards.
