The 'Auto' setting will start rotating the fan when the system is powered on, the '50C' setting will start rotating the fan when the PSU temp is between 45C and 50C, the '60C' setting will start rotating the fan when the temp is between 55C and 65C, and the '70C' setting will start rotating the fan when the temp reaches above 65C.
