Food, Break Room and The View
One entire floor of the building was dedicated as an employee cafeteria. We just happened to be there during cleaning time, so we didn't get a chance to try the food.
The top floor of the building is an employee break room and we found a nice sitting area and four ping pong table sets for employee use.
One of the tables even had an Akkadi TW2700-08 table tennis robot setup on it!
They also had a couple Nintendo Wii game consoles hooked up to HDTV's for some gaming.
If you wanted to take a break from electronics and sports they had a small library and reading area available for those that wanted to sit back and read a good book!
The best part about the break room being on the top floor though is the fact that you could go outside and take in an amazing view. Here you can see Keelung River and Taipei 101 from the roof top of ECS' HQ.
From the top of the building you also get a good view of that courtyard design that we showed you from the ground level that looked like tessellation out of a video game! Very cool looking!
We hope you enjoyed our behind the scenes look at ECS' HQ in Taipei, Taiwan! It was very interesting to see what took place there and as you can imagine we are only showing you a small sliver of what was going on inside this 20 story building!
