The IN WIN Griffin Black ATX Mid Tower Case
Computer cases have the ability to reflect the individual case owner's personality, or convey a message or feeling that they want the rest of the world to sit up and take notice. They can also be a great metaphor for our day to day feelings about the rest of the world and the people that inhabit it. Or, they can simply be a great way to show just how enthusiastic about our computers we are or the games we play. So, with that said...
What do you say when you are asked to write a review about an In-Win case? You say yes. Why do you say yes? Because In-Win has a long history of making some of the finest cases on the planet. Even back in the day when cases came in that killer beige color they were making quality cases. I even remember another guy and me taking one of those old school cases and setting a Chevy Suburban on it. It actually held up. We only drove one of the tires up on to it, but hey... that's a lot of weight.
Enough about my boring "Old School" stories, let's get to the business at hand. That business is the In-Win Griffin Mid Tower Case. The Griffin is a case that was built with a budget in mind. Even though the case is deemed a budget case it tries as hard as it can to not skimp on all the things we need and love to have in our cases. Rear exhaust fan? Yep, it's there. Enough room for large video cards? Check. Tool-less design? Yep, you guessed it. All the little things that make a budget case a real treasure are there. But with the good comes the bad; now don't stop reading just yet. The rest of the article will have its up and downs, but read on to see if this sweet looking case that is currently priced at $39.99, could be a good choice if it fits your specific needs. Please stay on our little tour and remember to keep your arms and legs inside the ride at all times. Failure to do so will result in immediate ejection from the tour. Bet you didn't know I could eject people from way over here, did you?
Alright, now that we are underway let's take a look at the specs. Why, you ask? Because that's what we do, we look at the specs. Or, shall I say, the specifications.
