Antec Lanboy Air PC Case
The Antec Lanboy Air PC Case looks small compared to the Thermaltake Level 10, but it's appearance is just as flashy. The Antec Lanboy Air certainly catches your eye as you walk by and it should as every side panel, drive bay part and mount - including the motherboard and PSU mounts - is removable and customizable.
Taking a look at the back side you can start to see how many parts are removable on the Lanboy Air enclosures.
Even the 'door' on this model has removable parts! With up to 15 fans the fan layout in the LanBoy Air can be customized in up to 34,800 combinations - enough to provide perfect cooling for every possible user profile. The Lanboy Air's open-frame chassis lets it 'breath' and expel dust freely according to the information we were given. It also looks like it will be a PITA to keep clean with all those mesh panels, but it is nothing a can of compressed air or vacuum can't handle. Antec also told us that the Lanboy Air includes a world-first anti-vibration AirMount HSS system mountable in three different orientations.
The front bezel of the Antec Lanboy Air has a single SuperSpeed USB 3.0 header, a pair of high-speed USB 2.0 headers, the power & reset buttons and of course the power and HDD activity lights. The carrying handle shown in the photo above in the upright position can be folded down when the system isn't going to be moving anytime soon.
The Antec Lanboy Air PC Case will be released to the public in July 2010 and will be available in a number of colors. We have spotted the yellow one pictured here and a blue one so far. The full press release on the Lanboy Air can be read here.
