Box and Bundle

Zotac GTX 470 Box

ZOTAC went for some gigantic letters on the GTX 470 box letting you clearly know precisely what you are getting yourself into. The clear window is a nice touch, seeing the product without having to deal with weird flaps and whatnot is thoughtful and good shelf advertising.

Zotac GTX 470 Bundle

The bundle contains everything you would need to get this card up and running. If your PSU is lacking PCIe power connectors ZOTAC has you covered with two 4-pin molex to 6-pin PCIe connectors. There is also a mini-HDMI to HDMI adapter and a DVI to VGA adapter.

Zotac GTX 470 Packaging

The card itself is all bundled up in a secure foam cutout that prevents the card from bouncing around in transit. There was an anti-static bag that I removed for the sake of the images.

Zotac GTX 470 PSU suggestions

Like I mentioned earlier ZOTAC suggests a 550w powersupply with a minimum of 38a on the +12v rail. This is due to the card being rated for 215w and leaving enough room for your processor and peripherals.
