CrystalDiskMark v2.2n

CrystalDiskMark is a small HDD benchmark utility for your hard drive that enables you to rapidly measure sequential and random read/write speeds.

With Intel Firmware 02G9:

CrystalDiskMark v2.2 Benchmark

With Intel Firmware 02HA Before Ever Running TRIM:

CrystalDiskMark v2.2 Benchmark

With Intel Firmware 02HA After Running TRIM:

CrystalDiskMark v2.2 Benchmark

Benchmark Results: We ran CrystalDiskMark version 2.2n to see how the new firmware performs and the sequential write speed increased by nearly 28MB/s, which is an improvement of 35%!  The 4K Random Write performance saw the biggest jump in performance, though, as we saw a 43.5% increase in performance!  Running TRIM for the first time ever showed a slight performance increase in the 4K Random Read/Write tests, but the difference was small and not significant.
