CES 2009: CoolIT to deliver liquid cooling to GeForce GTX 295

While walking the show floor at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas we spotted the CoolIT Systems booth and figured that we would stop by and see what they were up to. It was around this time we spotted someone walking into private room carrying what looked like an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 295 hooked up to the CoolIT Domino A.L.C. Sure enough it was the very first prototype water cooler for the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 295 video card!

NVIDIA Ion Platform Benchmark Preview

At the Consumer Electronics Show last week, NVIDIA was showing off a new reference platform that they were calling the world’s smallest fully capable visual computer. Features like DirectX 10 graphics, NVIDIA CUDA technology, and HD video are now possible in a 3″ x 4″ motherboard. This PC is so small that it fits in the palm of your hand with room left to spare.

CES 2009: YUBZ Shows Off $1800 Swarovski Crystal Bluetooth Handset

During CES this week we found out Yubz is producing 20 of limited edition retro Bluetooth handsets with 5,400 grade A Swarovski crystals! These Bluetooth handsets look like a replica of the Western Electric 500-series model, which was the classic phone handset for several decades.
