We’ve had a number of people ask us to show the ‘value’ of one card versus another using FPS per Dollar charts. This is typically hard to do with a ton of cards in the charts, but thankfully most of the cards in our game charts can be bought straight from AMD and NVIDIA and we can use their site pricing to make such charts.
The best cards when it comes to dollar per FPS performance for 1440P gaming would now be the ASUS GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER series as it brings the cost per FPS below $6. The RTX 2080 SUPER is up around $9 per FPS and that is substantially lower than the $10-$11 per FPS found on the RTX 2080.
