Hitman: Absolution is an action-adventure stealth DirecX 11 video game developed by IO Interactive and published by Square Enix. It is the fifth entry in the Hitman game series, and runs on IO Interactive’s proprietary Glacier 2 game engine. This game title uses the Glacier 2 game engine and was released on November 20th, 2012.

We benchmarked Hitman: Absolution with Ultra Settings.

Benchmark Results: The GIGABYTE X99-UD4P was just a touch slower than the ASUS X99-Deluxe at 1920×1080. While running the benchmark at 1920×1080 the GIGABYTE X99-UD4P averaged 32.63 frames per second, only .44fps behind the ASUS. Dropping the resolution to 1280×1024 the GIGABYTE X99-UD4P was able to edge out the ASUS board with an average of 45.83 frames per second, .53 fps faster than the ASUS X99-Deluxe.

Benchmark Results: Reducing the image quality in Hitman: Absolution to the minimum, the GIGABYTE X99-UD4P was able to average 119.13 frames per second at 1920×1080 and 121.37 frames per second at 1280×1024. This is a little bit slower than the ASUS which averaged 121.00 frames per second at 1920×1080 and 124.00 at 1280×1024.
