Rightmark Audio Analyzer Performance

The RightMark Audio Analyzer suite is designed for testing quality of analog and digital paths of any audio devices, be it a sound card, an MP3 player, a consumer CD/DVD player or an acoustic set. The results are obtained by playing and recording test signals passed through the tested audio path by means of frequency analysis algorithms. • ASUS Z87-Pro – Realtek ALC1150 8-Channel High Definition Audio CODEC

The ECS Z87H3-A2X Extreme may have had the same general performance score as the ASUS Z87-Pro, but many of the sub scores were rated better, and some not as high. Overall the the audio performance of the ECS Z87H3-A2X Extreme was great while I spent some time gaming on it. This isn’t real surprising since they are both using the latest RealTek ALC1150 High Definition audio codec.
