HD Tune Benchmark Results

Comparison Chart: When comparing the 500GB Seagate Momentus 7200.4 to the other eight drives you can see that it once again leads all the other hard drives and even two of the SSDs in the write test. The One thing that should be pointed out is the temperatures observed while testing the hard drives. The Seagate Seagate Momentus 7200.4 had an average write speed that was 1.3MB/s higher than the Intel X25-M and Kingston SSDNow M 80GB!! HDTune confirmed that the Random Access and Burst Speed scores have decreased from the 7200.3 series.
