In a high quality retail oriented box, the Ampbox will stand out and catch perspective users attention. The front of the box doesn’t provide a large amount of information, other than what exactly is in the box, and a view of the speaker.

On the back of the box, much more information is provided. With both a side view and top view presented, the features here are called out. In today’s world, this should be sufficient for people to know what the options are capable of.

The two sides go into a little detail, with one of the sides providing a little background on the R-Studio line; stating the audio products are designed and tested by audiophiles. The other side of the box provides another view of the speaker and a brief rundown on the specifications. As there is both a red and black model available, Rosewill indicates here which version is in the box.

With the accessories removed, the Ampbox is visible. Rosewill has packed it inside a plastic bag, and then it is nestled between two form fitted cardboard pieces. This will keep it well protected in shipment, as well as keep moisture away from the speaker. Something is unexpected here, if you look at the side view of the box, it indicated a black Ampbox is included, but looks like the red model was provided for review. Review samples get mixed up sometimes, so we’ll assume this is an oversite in an attempt to get the review samples sent out.

Not many accessories are necessary to use the Ampbox, with that in mind, the few accessories that are included include a simple AC to USB charger, USB to Micro-USB cable, and a single 3.5mm audio cable to connect devices to the auxiliary input on the Ampbox.
