Geekbench 2 is designed as a powerful program which can allow you to measure the performance of your computer’s processor and memory. In addition, Geekbench also offers the Geekbench Result Browser which lets you compare your Geekbench scores with other Geekbench users.

Result: Here you can see right off the bat the performance difference between the Penryn-based G51Vx system and the new Core i7 mobile system. Remember that the memory controller was moved to the CPU on the Clevo Core i7 system and we see a 50% improvement in memory performance because of this. Of course, the CPU test shows a big difference, albeit at a price premium as well!
