Three New Games Hit Nintendo Switch Online NES Library Next Week

One of the big reasons that Nintendo Switch owners were subscribing to the Nintendo Online service was because of the free NES games that were offered via the service. When the online service launched there were over 20 games that fans of retro titles could enjoy. Nintendo has now announced plans to add three new games this month and three more next month reports NintendoLife.

That means by the end of 2018 there will be 29 NES games available to play on the service. The three games set to hit the NES Online Service next week include the original Metroid, Mighty Bomb Jack, and TwinBee.

Having spent many an hour playing Metroid back in the day, that is by far the most appealing game to me. These three games will land November 14, exactly a week from today. The three games landing in December were also announced.

Those three titles include Wario’s Woods, Ninja Gaiden, and Adventures of Lolo. The video above is a trailer for the three games landing next week.
