Some iPad Pro Owners Faced with Screen Stuttering Issues

By

When you spend lots of money on an Apple product, you expect things to work along with the premium design. Some owners of 2017 and 2018 iPad Pro tablets have been seeing issues that cause screen stuttering according to threads on Apple support and elsewhere.

MacRumors reports that these users claim that the screens refuse to register touch gestures at times, stutter when scrolling, miss keystrokes, and have other issues. One user says that keys in the bottom right section of the touchscreen appear to have a problem.

Some users report that the screen was fine early on and the issue has developed over the last few weeks. Some iPad Pro owners claim they have been able to get replacement devices from Apple due to the problem.

At least one user who received a replacement from Apple claims that the replacement device had the same issues with the screen. Some claim that when the Appel Pencil 2 is attached to the tablet, the stuttering issue goes away. Users suggest those seeing screen problems take it for service where some are given a replacement device.
