RIM to offer ‘virtual BlackBerry’ software

By

RIM plans to release software available for smart phones running Windows Mobile 6.0. Once installed, users will be able to toggle between the Windows and BlackBerry interface. I could see this being very useful, especially if the email/contacts/calendar entries will be sync’ed between the two interfaces.

TORONTO (Reuters) – Research In Motion Ltd. is set to roll out new software that will let users turn smartphones running on Microsoft Corp.’s Windows Mobile platform into virtual BlackBerries.
