OCZ Announces Steve Lee as VP of Product Management

OCZ Technology today announced the appointment of Steve Lee as Senior Vice President of Product Management and BU General Manager for power supplies. Steve Lee has over 15 years of experience in the computer components industry, and previously served as OCZs Sr. VP of Strategic Marketing and Business Alliances from 2002 to 2005, during which he introduced OCZs first power supplies to the market and that is when Legit Reviews first started working with him (We knew him from this ABIT days, but that was way back). Steve Lee left OCZ to become the Product Manager of PSUs at Corsair from 2006-2011 where he was part of the team that made Corsair power supplies one of the dominant names in the industry. It looks like the OCZ was able to lure Steve Lee back to the company with a better job title and we are guessing a very nice pay raise. Keep an eye on OCZ power supplies to see if Steve Lee is one of the main driving forces behind the best quality power supplies on the market today. Our guess is that you’ll see OCZ making a new push at the power supply market in the months to come.
