NVIDIA Says Windows Vista Driver for Their G80 Powered Cards Coming Soon

By

The NVIDIA Geforce 8800 GTX and GTS have very good drivers for Windows XP, but they have yet to launch a DX10 driver for Windows Vista that supports their latest video cards. Rumor has it that the drivers will be coming out later this month and that they are looking good!

NVIDIA told world + dog that it’s Geforce 8800 GTX and GTS driver is now scheduled for the middle of December. Nvidia still doesnt want to give away the driver to its partners nor the press but some key guys were informed that the G80 driver is in a good shape and works well. We certainly hope that they are right.
