NVIDIA Announces GeForce StarCraft II Pro Championship Tournament
NVIDIA has announced The GeForce StarCraft II Pro/Am tournament where more
than 9,300 players will have the chance to compete over a 12 week period to
win $22,000 in cash and prizes. The final three professional championship
matches will be streamed live and commentated by world renowned StarCraft II
casters, Husky and Day [9]. The streaming will be shown on GeForce.com and
also www.Twitch.tv. Along with live premier video there will be BarCraft
events on Thursday, September 29th from 6pm to 9pm. If you happened to live
in the San Francisco Bay Area NVIDIA is having a live BarCraft event at the
Mad Dog in the Fog Bar. There will also be a virtual BarCraft event
featuring the Xmobb Technology hosted by GeForce.com. NVIDIA has provided
multiple ways to view the upcoming StarCraft II event.

9300 amateur players compete and over seven million spectator views of the

one of the largest tournaments to date.”
