New MSI CrossFire motherboard to hit market in mid-November

Crossfire is here people! MSI has introduced their newest motherboard today, which supports ATI’s CrossFire technology: the RD480 Neo2. Shipments start at the middle of this month.

Micro-Star International (MSI) today introduced the RD480 Neo2, an AMD Socket-939 motherboard that supports ATI Technologies’ CrossFire dual-graphics technology, with volume shipments slated for the middle of November. The RD480 Neo2 adopts the ULi M1573 southbridge and integrates the latest HD Audio support, delivering multi-channel audio experiences, according to the company, adding that the RD480 Neo2 features a 7.1 channel audio solution, which is compliant with the HD Audio specification.
