MSI X-Slim Notebooks and the Wind U120 Netbook Get WiMAX Forum Certification

WiMAX, the newest generation of wireless communication, will soon be a ubiquitous application. MSI has invested significant R&D and funding to prepare for the implementation of the 4th generation of wireless communications. The ultra-light, power-saving X-Slim Series X340 and X600 models are the first Taiwan-based brand to receive WiMAX Forum Certification. MSI also announced that they are the first company in the world to release a netbook capable of supporting WiMAX, the Wind U120.
