Maingear Vybe Enthusiast Platform Announced at Pax East

By

Maingear has been making high-end gaming and enthusiast PCs for a long time. It has announced at Pax East a new enthusiast platform called Vybe. The line includes highly optimized and ready to ship pre-configured PCs that can be fully customized. Available in the Vybe line is the custom Apex liquid cooling system. Vybe is also available as a DIY standalone chassis.

Pre-configured Vybe machines include systems supporting esports and 1080p, 1440p, and 4K resolution gaming. The pre-configured systems are ready to ship in less than two business days. The line can be configured with graphics from NVIDIA and the full range of Intel or AMD desktop processors.

Maingear calls out “virtually unlimited” aesthetic customizations. All Vybe systems support dual graphics card configurations, up to 64GB of RAM, and a full range of WD Black NVMe SSDs. Quiet cooling options include closed loop, open loop, or Apex hardline liquid cooling.

As with most custom-configured PCs, you can drive the price up to very high levels if you configure the machine with high-end hardware. Maingear says that the Vybe line starts at $825 on its website and is available now.
