Yesterday was the big Google hardware event, and at the event, Logitech rolled out a mouse and keyboard that is specifically made for users of Chrome OS. These peripherals are aimed right the folks who might want to work from a Chrome device full time and want a full-size keyboard and a mouse to do so.

They are aimed directly at the Google Pixelbook users out there. The K580 Slim Multi-Device wireless keyboard has a Google Assistant key and a dedicated row of Chrome OS shortcut keys. It has a number pad as well in a compact layout.

The keys promise a quiet laptop-like typing experience. The keys have scissor switches, and the Android or Pixel device can sit in a cradle at the top of the keyboard. The wireless keyboard is good for about 36 months on a single battery. The keyboard sells for $49.99.

The M355 Portable Wireless Mouse is ultra-quiet with a 90% noise reduction and still has the click feel users want. It will work with all Chrome OS devices and can connect via Bluetooth or a Logitech USB receiver. The mouse sells for $29.99. These are the first Made for Google products from Logitech.
