ESWC announces official games titles for 2008 Gaming Series

The Electronic Sports World Cup Committee today announced the first pool of games that will serve as official disciplines for the ESWC 2008 tournaments. The 6th season of ESWC starts today October the 1st in over 50 countries to end summer 2008 with a Grand Final event
- Counter-Strike 1.6 (PC) – Valve Software
- Counter-Strike 1.6 (PC) reserved for women – Valve Software
- Warcraft III : The Frozen Throne (PC) – Blizzard
- Trackmania Nations ESWC (PC) – Nadeo
