E3 2015 Ubisoft Pre-Show Press Conference Roundup
Ubisoft kicked off their E3 2015 presence with a huge variety of gaming titles this year. During their almost 2 hour press conference, they also announced new information about how older games titles like The Crew will be getting a new expansion called Wild Run. Another title, Trials Fusion, will also get a new DLC called Trails Fusion Awesome Level Max. Ubisoft also showcase new games some we knew they would show and some that shocked us but was really happy to see.
Ubisoft begin their press conference with actress and comedian host Aisha Tyler introducing Matt Stone and Trey Parker who took to the stage to announced South Park: The Fractured But Whole which is a follow up to last years South Park: The Stick Of Truth. This is a superhero theme turn based RPG which features a new kid to the group, the playable character. South Park: The Fractured But Whole will be available for pre-order on PC, Sony PlayStation 4, and Microsoft Xbox One right now.
Tom Clancys The Division was announced with a release date of March 8, 2016 with a beta for this open world RPG which will begin in early 2016. Tom Clancys The Division is a massive multiplayer squad based shooter where players can take on missions and fight enemies together or attack players they come across. This is one of the games that we are excited about and will let the gameplay trailer of Tom Clancys The Division Dark Zone show you why. Tom Clancys The Division will be available for Sony PlayStation 4, PC, and Microsoft Xbox One.
Ubisoft also showed a trailer of its latest PC title in the Anno series title Anno 2205. This is a city building game which takes place in the future and it would seem the goal of the game is to colonized space. This game is set to be release on PC November 3, 2015.
There was a live performance by Jason Derulo for Ubisofts Just Dance 2016 dancing game. Just Dance will return with some new features such as that you can now use your smart phone to track your dancing movements rather than a console camera. Ubisoft also announced that this year there will be a be a streaming subscription service that will give you access to a huge library of songs and dance moves. This service is called Just Dance unlimited. Just Dance 2016 will be available for Microsoft Xbox One, Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony PlayStation 3, Sony PlayStation 4, Nintendo Wii U, and Nintendo Wii October 20, 2015.
Ubisoft announced Tom Clancys Rainbow Six Siege Beta which will be on all platforms September 24, 2015. Ubisoft also announced the return of the TerroHunt mode which you will be able to see in the gameplay trailer. Actress Angela Bassett made an appearance both in the trailer and also on the stage with host Aisha Tyler. Tom Clancys Rainbow Six Siege will be available for Sony PlayStation 4, PC, and Microsoft Xbox One.
Ubisoft announced and showed more of Assassins Creed Syndicate. Giving fans a new trailer and letting them know that the game will have a playable demo at the Ubisoft E3 booth, the Uplay Lounge in Los Angeles, and in seven cities across Europe. When they say, ‘save the best for last’, Ubisoft was listening. Ubisoft announced their biggest surprise of the night which was Tom Clancys Ghost Recon Wildlands. This is a squad based shooter which features an open world concept allow players to go anywhere and everywhere teaming up to go on missions.
