Disintegration Game Is From Co-Creator of Halo

A new video game is in the works from V1 Interactive called Disintegration. One of the most interesting things about the game is the studio making it. V1 is the studios led by Marcus Lehto. Lehto was the co-creator of Halo and a former creative director at Bungie.

The game will be a sci-fi, first-person shooter but no further details where offered. A full unveiling of Disintegration is expected at GamesCom 2019. No specific platforms have been announced reports IGN.

“The opportunity to create not only a new game but this entire studio has been exhilarating,” said Lehto. The team at V1 is comprised of game development veterans, including designers and artists from games like Skyrim, Destiny, Halo, EVE Online, Shadow of Mordor, and more. “It is great to be able to share what this amazing team has been working on, and we can’t wait to introduce this new game that our team is building to the world next month.”

The game is aiming to launch during the calendar year 2020. With any game development, there is always the chance for significant delays in a launch. We will see if V1 can hit that date and deliver a cool game.
