HearNotes Wireless Earbuds

HearNotes is a company that most wont be familiar with, they are a new startup company that says their Kleer technology is a better solution than the current standard, Bluetooth. Their Kleer technology offers lossless CD-quality audio transmission using less power when compared to similar Bluetooth devices.

HearNotes Complete Set

As their Kleer technology isnt integrated into any device, their complete set utilizes a dongle that plugs into the standard 3.5mm headphone jack. Then it transmits the audio signal to the stereo earbuds up to 50feet.

HearNotes Charging

To charge the earbuds, simply connect the included base to a power source using the included USB power cable, and place the earbuds and dongle on the top of the base. The earbuds wireless charge using inductive charging. When asked about the battery life, HearNotes expects the batteries to last around 5 hours, which is around 10 times longer than a Bluetooth device using the same size batteries. By using less battery power for the earbuds, the battery on the mobile device is also extended by around 3 times.

Watch for more information on HearNotes, and to see whether the Kleer technology takes off and can compete with the current champion, Bluetooth. The HearNotes Earbuds will be available for purchase in early 2015 at national retailers and is expected to have a $349.99 retail price. High price to pay for wireless earbuds, but if they deliver a far superior audio experience it might be worth it.
