Borderlands fans should be excited right now as the official developer trailer for Borderlands 3 has landed. With that trailer, the game is now official, and it may or may not be what you were hoping for. Gearbox and 2K games are mum on some key details.
One of those critical details is precisely when the game will launch. 2K Games has hinted that the game will launch within this coming fiscal year that ends in April 2020. The title appears to be more of the same, which is a good thing if you have enjoyed the other games in the franchise.
You can check out the official trailer below. The franchise has been successful so far; the last was Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel in 2014.
Gearbox has fallen on hard times, mostly of its own doing after the debacle that was Aliens: Colonial Marines. We hope this game is worth of past entries in the franchise.
