Beyond Skyrim Announces New North Mod

The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is an old game, but it still has lots of fans. Fans of the game will probably be familiar with the Beyond Skyrim, the multi-team modding project for the game. The folks from Beyond Skyrim have announced that a new mod is coming called The New North.

A new Morrowind teaser trailer has been released, and part of The New North mod can be seen in that trailer. The mod changes the area north of Morrowind that includes Bleakrock Isle and Sheogorad.

The trailer has images of the environment players will play in, along with flora and fauna of the land. The environment has a mix of huts, ancient ruins, and cityscapes meant to make The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind players nostalgic.

The environment also has giant mushroom trees that look very cool. There is no planned release date offered for The New North at this time. It’s possible that the mod will land this year.
