AT&T Unite 4G LTE Touchscreen Hotspot Announced – Made By Sierra Wireless
AT&T announced on Friday that it will be the exclusive carrier of the AT&T Unite, a 4G LTE mobile hotspot from Sierra Wireless. The AT&T Unite has an easy to use 2.4” touchscreen display and can connect up to 10 Wi-Fi enabled devices, including a guest hotspot for one-time users. Customers can also manage connected devices, change network and device settings and block unwanted devices from joining the network – directly from the screen. This is AT&T’s second touchscreen mobile hotspot. The first was the AT&T Liberate with a larger 2.8″ touchscreen that we recently reviewed here. We expect to find out more about the AT&T Unite this week at CES 2013.
This new mobile hotspot makes customers lives easier by allowing them to stay connected to family, friends, and work while on-the-go and on any Wi-Fi enabled device, said Jeff Bradley, senior vice president, Devices and Developer Services, AT&T. Coupled with our Mobile Share plans, the AT&T Unite is a compelling and valuable option for connecting to the nations largest 4G network.
