Las Vegas, NV (January 5th, 2015) ASUS today announces the new Transformer Book Chi Series, a family of beautiful and razor-thin 2-in-1 detachable Windows notebooks that seamlessly transforms between a powerful laptop and handheld tablet. The Transformer Book Chi series is silent with a fan-less design and available with Intel Core M processors for amazing performance that gives users simple mobility for the freedom to work and play anytime, anywhere.
An all-new precision-crafted all-aluminum design makes the Transformer Book Chi series some of the worlds slimmest tablets that blend unprecedented sophistication and elegance in a 2-in-1 notebook. The Transformer Book Chi family comprises of three models T300 Chi, T100 Chi and T90 Chi with display sizes of 8.9-to-12.5-inch and powerful Intel processors.
T300 Chi
The flagship Transformer Book T300 Chi, a recipient of a 2015 CES Innovation Award, features a gorgeous 12.5-inch full HD (1920×1080) or WQHD (2560×1440) display for detailed visuals. Its powered by the all-new Intel Core M processor for outstanding performance and power efficiency.
T100 Chi
A compact Transformer Book T100 Chi combines a 10.1-inch design with a very efficient Intel Atom processor for unmatched mobility and excellent battery life. The T100 Chi packs a vivid WUXGA (1920×1200) display for maximum productivity in tablet and notebook mode.
T90 Chi
The incredibly-light Transformer Book T90 Chi slims the form factor down to 8.9-inches thats perfect for those always on-the-go. A high-quality WXGA (1280×800) display ensures rich details and colors for all productive and entertainment needs.

All Chi models are distinguished by razor-thin profiles and silent performance, made possible by the fan-less design. T100 Chi is the worlds thinnest Windows tablet at an incredible 7.2mm, T90 Chi is the worlds thinnest 8.9-inch tablet at a mere 7.5mm, and T300 Chi measures 1.65cm when docked, which is even thinner than an Apple Macbook Air.
As well as being amazingly slim, Transformer Book Chi series has a luxurious and sophisticated feel thanks to precision craftsmanship and engineering expertise for a seamless all-aluminum unibody design. The edges of the Chi family are enhanced with diamond-cut chamfering that adds brilliant highlights to the elegant metallic body.
Chis instant and seamless transformation between handheld tablet and powerful laptop is made possible by a unique magnetic hinge mechanism, which uses neodymium the worlds strongest magnetic material precisely arranged to ensure secure, reliable and fuss-free docking every time. The comfortable and highly-ergonomic keyboard is connected via Bluetooth with a working range of up to 20m.

T300 Chi features an optional WQHD (2560 x 1440) display with a class-leading pixel density of 235ppi higher than the MacBook Airs 127ppi for incredibly crisp and detailed visuals.
