Apple MacBook Air MD711LL/A Laptop Deal at Amazon

Anyone who has been thinking about moving to a Mac, but has been a bit turned off by the high price of Apple hardware might want to take a look a the deal on the older MacBook Air that Amazon has going. Amazon has a MacBook Air MD711LL/A 11.6-inch laptop on sale for $385, which is a discount of $614.99 off the normal retail price of the machine.

The money gets the buyer an 11.6-inch MacBook Air notebook with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The machine has a native resolution of 1366 x 768. Graphics are handled by an Intel HD Graphics 5000 GPU and the CPU is a 1.3 GHz dual-core Haswell 4th gen Intel Core i5 processor.

The machine does have WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, and up to nine hours of battery life. The price of $385 is much lower than we usually see Apple gear sold at.

The only real caveat for some people is that the machine is refurbished by Amazon Renewed. Amazon points out that the machine does have a 90-day warranty in case it fails.
