AMD TressFX Technology Coming to Upcoming Tomb Raider Reboot Game?

AMD has been working on a new DirectX 11 feature with Square Enix that will be first seen in the upcoming Tomb Raider franchise reboot game. It appears that the new image technology will be called TressFX. AMD will be formally announcing the technology and the details tomorrow, but right now they are calling it a new frontier of realism in PC gaming and used the tag line “Render, Rinse, Repeat” in a promo e-mail to the media. All we want to know is what will Lara Croft look like? The full details will be released by AMD on February 26th, 2013 on this website.
