AMD Releases 8.921.2 RC11 Drivers For Radeon HD 7900 Series

AMD has released new drivers for those that are lucky enough to own an AMD Radeon HD 7970 video card! These drivers feature a large number of performance improvements and bug fixes, so if you own a Radeon HD 7970 graphics card be sure to update. Since the AMD Radeon HD 7900 series uses the new Graphics Core Next architecture we are sure that AMD will be releasing a number of performance enhancing drivers in the months to come as they learn how to get the most from this new GPU design. Our gut tells us that a large driver update will drop in March/April just before NVIDIA gets ready to release their new Kepler GPUs with a refined core architecture.   • 250% (up to) performance improvement in TessMark (OpenGL) when set to insane levels
