Amazon Launches New Kindle at $114 w/ Sponsored Screensavers
Amazon has introduced a new Kindle family member called the Kindle with Special Offers. This e-reader is priced $25 below the entry level $139 Kindle and to offset the discount you must have sponsored screensavers. So, you are basically getting $25 off to look at advertisements! Amazon said that the Kindle special offers will have sponsored screensavers display on the Kindle screensaver and on the bottom of the home screen. I’d rather spend the extra $25 and not have to worry about seeing ads all the time!
