TAIPEI, TAIWAN (July 29, 2014) Acer monitors [1] have held the top position in the US retail market for the first six months of this year with between 18-20% of the unit share each month, according to global information company, The NPD Group.

In the touchscreen retail monitor segment, Acer monitors occupied the No. 1 position in unit share for the entire year from July 2013 to June 2014, reaching a high of 46.4% in May 2014.

Acer monitors combine top performance with ergonomic design for comfortable all-day-everyday viewing for different user scenarios. They include the ultra-high resolution series from WQHD to 4K2K in 27-32 inch screens; and the professional series with smart color adjustment and eye protect features.
