Total System Power Consumption

The GIGABYTE X99-Gaming G1 WiFi motherboard was pulling only 73 Watts at the wall, the lowest of any of the Intel X99 motherboards. Putting a load on the Intel Core i7-5960X with the AIDA64 stability test, the power draw increased to 181 Watts at the wall, just a hair more than the EVGA X99 Classified which was pulling 177 Watts. While running the latest iteration of 3DMark the GIGABYTE X99-Gaming G1 WiFi was pulling the most out of any of our Intel X99 motherboards with 260 Watts at the wall while the EVGA X99 Classified was pulling 254 Watts and the ASUS X99-Deluxe was hitting 255 Watts.
