Buffalo Introduces SuperSpeed USB 3.0 ExpressCard Reader

Last week we showed you that SuperSpeed USB 3.0 is one of the biggest changes in the PC industry when we looked at performance of an external hard drive using the ASUS P7P55D-E Premium motherboard. It would appear that SuperSpeed USB 3.0 devices are becoming more popular as Buffalo recently announced a SuperSpeed USB 3.0 ExpressCard adapter than you can purchase for around $57 when it becomes available on the market. The SuperSpeed USB 3.0 ExpressCard adapter appears to feature not one, but two USB 3.0 ports on it that are able to run at 4.8Gbps!

Buffalo Group’s core businesses, Ltd. announced the ExpressCard standard notebook adapter with the latest high-speed transfer slot to 2-port USB 3.0 expansion card to interface “IFC-EC2U3/UC”.
