AMD 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen Desktop Processors Available On Amazon
Today, AMD announced worldwide availability of its new 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen desktop processors built on the 7nm manufacturing process. AMD says the new CPUs based on the Zen 2 architecture bring up to 58% higher performance-per-watt than the competition. This is said to make them ideal for gaming, game streaming, and content creation performance. All of these new processors are fully unlocked and supported by AMD Precision Boost Overdrive, 3rd Gen Ryzen can increase the maximum clock frequency by up to 200MHz at the touch of a button.
Of the six new 3rd Gen Ryzen processors only five are available for purchase today. We took a quick look over at Amazon and found that only the AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-core, 12-thread processor is still available for purchase. The allocation for the others at Amazon has already been sold out. Legit Reviews reached out to AMD about allocation and they let us know that they are working on it.

The new 3rd Gen Ryzen desktop processors are sharing the launch with the new X570 chipset for AMD Socket AM4. This chipset will co-exist with the X470 chipset albeit at a higher price points since it has more cutting edge features. For example it is the Worlds first platform with PCIe 4.0 support for consumers.
